The Process

The initial step in every client consultation involves collecting pertinent information, including their current health insurance coverage, existing medical conditions and diagnoses, and any upcoming procedures or surgeries. This data enables the identification of the most suitable health insurance plans tailored to the client's specific needs. Subsequently, these options will be presented to the client for review and final selection.

Upon choosing a plan, the application process will be initiated. In certain scenarios, clients can complete the application themselves, while in other instances, Elena will assist with the application. This will be clarified at the time of plan selection.

Small Businesses

First, Elena will meet with the business owner to determine the number of employees requiring coverage and the business owner's potential contribution to the premiums. Subsequently, individual appointments will be scheduled with each employee for a private consultation. Elena will then conduct a comprehensive search to identify the most suitable health insurance policies for each employee, providing them with the same personalized attention afforded to all of her clients

Her final role in the medical field was in the Surgical Trauma ICU, a demanding position that exposed her to both the profound tragedy and the awe-inspiring miracles that healthcare can offer, often within the same day. These experiences solidified her unwavering passion for helping people, a passion that continues to drive her in her current role, where she strives to find the perfect healthcare plan for each and every client she interacts with.

Outside of her professional life, Elena finds solace and adventure in the great outdoors. She frequently spends her weekends camping in the picturesque Rocky Mountains, where she can be found kayaking on serene lakes, relaxing in a hammock under the trees, or savoring a delicious campfire meal. Her zest for life extends to her love for Halloween, a holiday she celebrates with enthusiasm and creativity, often reflected in her elaborate and sometimes spooky costume choices.
